FAQ 24h Reservation

You have already found a dreamlike offer on Tiscover but you would like to discuss it with your friends or family? No problem at all! We reserve the selected accommodation for you free of charge.

1. What is a 24h reservation
By taking advantage of the 24h reservation, the selected accommodation is reserved for you in the next 24 hours. You can cancel it free of charge at any time within his deadline.

2. How can I make a reservation?
If you have found a matching offer for your dream holiday in the Alps on our Tiscover homepage, the following symbol informs about this special reservation option:

Then you click on "24h reservation". After entering your personal data, the selected stay is reserved for the next 24 hours and you receive a reservation confirmation via e-mail.

3. What kind of accommodation can I reserve?
You can reserve all types of accommodation and all package deals marked with the symbol (see above). Some options may be excluded, they don't feature the reservation symbol. Please note! A maximum of 2 stays can be reserved at the same time. After 24 hours you can make new reservations.

4. How can I cancel my reservation?
After reserving your favorite stay on Tiscover you receive a reservation confirmation via e-mail. It contains a link for canceling the reservation at any time within 24 hours.
Please note that you can't cancel the reservation any more after 24 hours. Once this deadline is expired, your reservation automatically becomes a booking.

5. What happens if I do not cancel my reservation?
In case you don't cancel your reservation within 24 hours it automatically becomes a binding booking, and you receive a booking confirmation via e-mail.
