The car-free Riederalp holiday resort in the Upper Valais is situated high above the Rhone on an open, sunny south-facing plateau at an altitude of 1950 meters above sea level. From Mörel, the spa is easily accessible with one of the cable cars.

In close proximity to Riederalp, you will find two of the great summer destinations: The Aletsch glacier with its 24 kilometers the longest glacier in the Alps, and the Aletschwald nature reserve. Yet alone the unhindered view of some of the highest peaks in the Valais - the Dom, Weisshorn and Matterhorn - justifies a stay in the Aletsch region. In winter, we are fortunate to have snow guaranteed.

Riederalp offers about 4500 beds, of which about 600 are found in the 13 hotels (one to four stars) and roughlyin chalets, apartments and group accommodations.
