Paradise for kids and parents
Though dinners, breakfast and tea time were perfect, the salad buffet at lunch was poor. English translation of the information file would be good (was only in german); This was really an enjoyable stay.

Die Bewertung fällt mittelmässig aus. Zusätzlich hier noch zwei kleine Ärgernisse, welche das Bild ergänzen.
Eine Kopfschmerztablette kostet CHF 2.-- extra.
Ein Cappuccino zum...
... Frühstück anstatt Milchkaffee kostet CHF 4.60 extra. Das war uns ein bisschen zuviel des Guten.

freundlich, aber von der Flexibilität her eher an der unteren Grenze, obwohl sich die Mehrheit des Personals sichtlich bemüht einen guten Service zu bieten.

Top Class. Our family had a wonderful time
This was a delightful experience for the 2 families staying in the hotel. It was peacful, set in beautiful scenery and provided a wonderful change from the Italian lakes with all that...
... bussle and noise. I will have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all our friends and indeed have already done so. I need some help with planning a winter break sking probably during the school holidays at easter. We never have been sking before and need guidance. So if you can help or give me the names of some one who can guide me I would be delighted.
