We stayed at Am Jaherhof the first four nights of our two week vacation in Germany and Austria. We loved the farmhouse, the family and our room. We had trouble finding the location ...

... but once we did, the owners provided us with a map which made our navigating around the Tegernsee much easier. (Google's map was horrible and complicated.) It is also a short drive the to Bahnhof which we used two days in a row to take the 55 minute train ride into Munich. We heard the cow bells in the morning as their 15 cows were led out to pasture. The breakfast table was always laid out nicely where we were served the typical German breakfast: breads, cheeses, cold cuts, jams, their own honey, juice, tea coffee, and a boiled egg on our last day. We highly recommend Am Jagerhof.
