Lake Constance

Lake Constance, Europe's third largest lake, attracts many tourists.

Lake Constance covers an area of 535 km² and is Europe's third largest lake. It is situated between Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Its main part belongs to Germany. The large leisure-time resort there attracts numerous visitors every year.

The water of the lake is up to 26 °C warm in summer and therefore ideal for swimming. On the shores of the lake there are many beaches and other facilities such as tennis courts etc.
