The village of Mules belongs to the municipality of Campo di Trens, too. The St Oswald Church dating back to 1329 is of great importance from an architectural and historical point of view.

The municipality of Campo di Trens was founded only in 1928 with the fusion of the municipalities of Stilves and Trens which had, up to then, been autonomous. The place of pilgrimage of Maria Trens is certainly the most famous village of the entire municipality.
Campo di Trens is situated 940 m above sea level and is embedded in magnificent countryside. Thanks to its central location, the village represents a good base for outings and excursions to the immediate and broader surroundings.
