The plain of the Brenta river in the Alta Padovana regions offers monumental examples like Villa Contarini and the beautiful town wall of Cittadella, spiritual routes following the tracks of St. Anthony or unusual natural phenomena.

The area from the Euganean hills to the Adige river includes Europe´s most famous thermal spas which are Abano and Montegrotto as well as the extraordinary fortified towns of Monselice, Este and Montagnana.

From the green Euganean hills, today a natural park, the landscape of the Bassa Mantovana drops to the Conselvano plain, that is characterised by rural expanses, villas of an inestimable architectonic value and the natural oasis of Saccisica. Here hectares of laguna, channels and lakes alternate with fishing basins and drained territory.

Padua and its territory are capable of meeting the needs of a varied and complex type of tourism thanks to a mix of different tourist offers.
