Located at Santa Massenza, a small town in the Valle dei Laghi, this Winery is managed by the young son of Francesco Poli, Alessandro. The vineyards are all owned by the Winery and produce Nosiola, above all, of which an old vineyard at Sottovi, above the Lake of Santa Massenza, has recently been renewed. According to tradition, Francesco Poli too makes the celebrated Trentino "Vin Santo" (dessert wine) and distils, according to the bain marie technique, the soft marcs of the Valle dei Laghi, producing prized grappas. The production is exhibited in a friendly shop.
