Torcegno lies in a green saddle covered in morainal deposits on the right bank of the Ceggio river. Beautiful stone fountains from the last century, nut trees and grapevines which climb up the houses are all characteristic of this typical Valsugana resort. It is the chief village among a further eight. Worth visiting is the San Bartolomeo parish church, in a beautiful spot, established in 1327 and restructured in the 15th century, the Church of the Ausiliatrice and the mysterious remains of Castel San Pietro.
