Enjoy the friendly family atmosphere in our house on one of the beautiest places of Carinthia

We can offer a friendly and family atmosphere for you and your children. Each flat and apartment has a large balcony with a wonderful sight on the lake (south).

There you will find a kitchen-living room or a small kitchen with dishes and 1-2 bedrooms for 2-3 persons, shower, toilette, electric-heating and SAT-TV.

There is no extra charge for bed-linen and towels, we give you also a small bed for your baby.
In the morning there we can offer you a fresh bread delivery service.

Our house is near the lake Ossiacher See and on the foot of the mountain (Gerlitzen-Alpe) it is possible to make wanderings or a trip with your bicycle around the lake directly from the house.

Our large private beach (1,800 qm) is only a 5 minutes' walk away and ideal to relax in perfect peace of mind. There you find a parking place for the car, dressing room, storage room for different things, sun loungers, sun shades and a ping pong table; for your children you find a small slide and a swing.
For a trip on the lake you can rent our pedal-boat for a small fee.

Large flat for 4-6 persons .... EUR 48 / 56 / 69
