Haldensee Lake is located in the district of Reutte and excells with its first-rate water quality.

Haldensee Lake is the highest-lying lake in the Tannheimer Tal valley (1,124m of altitude). At its western shore is the outdoor swimming bath with solar-heated pool, a non-swimmer’s pool, a giant slide and a large sunbathing lawn directly at the lake. At the eastern shore in Haller you can enjoy bathing at the natural beach. Rowing and pedal boats can be rented at the Strandcafé in Haldensee. Thanks to good wind conditions Haldensee is perfect for surfers and yachtsmen. Rowing and canoeing is getting increasingly popular. If you prefer more relaxed activities why not try fishing?
