Hat alles gepasst. Einziges Problem waren die sehr hellhörigen Türen. Wenn man dies noch korrigieren könnte, wäre alles perfekt.

Netter Empfang, alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Schönes helles Zimmer, alles sehr sauber. Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, frisches Gebäck, Wurst, Käse, Müsli, Cerealien und frischer Obstsalat, Joghurt, Spiegel- und Rühreier. Nur der Kaffee war bitter, ist die Frage ob es an der Kaffeesorte oder an der Maschine lag.
Lage super, ruhig. Parkplatz vorhanden. Bushaltestelle gleich ums Eck und in 10-15 Minuten war man zu Fuß in der Altstadt.

Sehr nette Gastleute, schönes und großzügiges Zimmer - sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen, leckeres und absolut ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet, Lage des Hotel sehr gut - alles konnte fußläufig erreicht werden. Parkmöglichkeit kostenlos direkt beim Hotel.

Overall good deal, worth it to have the Salzburg card included. Liked our hotel and the breakfast that was included. It was near the bus station which was good. Only thing was buses really didnt run by that location too often compared to the numerous buses you can find in old town. Lots of construction going on during our stay and around our hotel. Thank goodness the windows were sound proof cause the construction crew started early.

Leider war unser Zimmer straßenseitig und man konnte kein Fenster öffnen aufgrund des Straßenlärms, obwohl lt. Internet der Parkplatz inkludiert sein sollte, wurde dieser verrechnet.

I missed a fridge from the room. The window shades were broken and super dirty. It was noisy too. The advertised garden is the parking lot. The staff was not opened to communicate, no smile, nothing to the kid, I was surprised, its usually not like this in Austria

Ein "Wohlfühlhaus" mit herzlichem und zuvorkommendem Personal. Lage bestens - zentral und doch ruhig. Gute Erreichbarkeit mit öff. Verkehrsmittel.

Quand nous sommes arrivées la personne à laccueil ne semblait pas nous attendre. Elle ne trouvait pas la réservation. En outre, elle ne disait pas un mot danglais ce qui est un désavantage quand on travaille dans le tourisme. Elle ne nous donnait pas la chambre à 2 lits mentionnée lors de lachat et nous avons dû insister pour en changer. En outre, elle ne savait rien de nos Salzbourg Card déjà payées et nous avons craint de ne pas les obtenir à temps compte tenu que nous ne passions que 2 jours à Salzbourg. Elle à dû fouiller dans ses tiroirs pour les trouver et ce, à laide de notre passeport...Par contre, nous avons apprécié le stationnement pour la voiture et le déjeuner inclus bien que pas très élaboré. Lendroit était tranquille et peu achalandé.
