Positiv: Reception staff was awesome, Christina was super awesome and super helpful, so were the others and also the restaurant staff, location is really good, close to underground Negativ: Breakfast options could be improved, what I ate was tasty, but some more options would be nicer, especially vegetarian

Positiv: I liked the attitude of the staff and the hotel location - it is pretty central, a walk's distance from the square mile, with the beautiful places of Covent Garden.

It is also next to a subway station, so is well connected. Negativ: The window frame was not well isolated and cold was trickling from the outside. What's more, it was just above my head when I sleep - so I had to make adjustments like moving the bed in the middle of the room and turning myself around (with the feet facing the window) to mitigate this cold current.
