Positiv: super friendly, attentive and efficient staff. Aneta and Ilaria at the reception did an outstanding job in being helpful, calm, patient and super efficient though workload was incredibly high and stressful for them (within ten minutes 30 people arrived at same time and wanted to be checked in). Super staff! Respect!
