Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das neu renovierte Koch/-Ess/-Wohnzimmer mit großem Esstisch und einer gemütlichen Couch zur alleinigen Nutzung.
Im 1.Obergeschoss befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer, die einzeln vom Flur aus zu betreten sind:
Ein Einzelzimmer mit Bad und ein Doppelzimmer mit Bad und Ausgang auf den südseitigen Balkon.
Zu beachten ist, dass alle Räume vom Flur aus zu betreten sind und es keine abgeschlossene Wohneinheit ist.
Hinweis:
Der verpflichtend zu buchende Wäscheservice beinhaltet die Bettwäsche und zwei Handtücher pro Person für Ihren gesamten Aufenthalt bei uns. Ein Wechsel der Wäsche während des Aufenthaltes ist nicht vorgesehen!

The apartment has approx. 45m² of living space and is divided over 2 levels.
On the ground floor there is the newly renovated kitchen / dining / living room with a large dining table and a comfortable couch for sole use.
On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, which can be entered individually from the hall:
One single room with bathroom and one double room with bathroom and exit to the south-facing balcony.
It should be noted that all rooms can be entered from the hallway and that it is not a self-contained residential unit.
Notice:
The laundry service, which must be booked, includes bed linen and two towels per person for your entire stay with us. A change of linen during the stay is not intended!els during the stay is not intended!

The house Soldanella is situated in a sunny, quiet and yet central location in the center of Ramsau am Dachstein. Cafés, restaurants, stores, the cross-country skiing stadium and the public indoor swimming pool can be easily reached on foot.
In summer, the house is the ideal starting point for mountain tours, hikes, mountain bike tours, horseback riding, leisurely walks, wild romantic hikes and much more. A special highlight for the whole family is the summer toboggan run Rittis Coaster at the Rittisberg in Ramsau am Dachstein, as well as the high ropes course, archery and electric motocross.
